This tea is a great addition to a healthy diet. It can be used as an occasional constipation relief or daily for the purpose of weight management, to support gastrointestinal comfort, to facilitate healthy bowel movements and to ease or prevent recurring constipation.
Dosage and administration
1 tea bag, up to 2-3 times a day.
We recommend starting with one tea bag per day, preferably consumed in the evening. Depending on your body’s reaction you can progressively increase or reduce the dose as required. Please note that at the beginning the reaction to the product may be stronger and it may normalise with longer use as the body becomes accustomed to the product.
