Please note that any refunds for products or services purchased on our website and/or in our locations can only be made to the original purchaser and via the original payment method.

Booking deposit

We require a minimum deposit of £10.00 to confirm the booking of your treatment. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please notify us by e-mail as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable if we are notified less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

Gift Cards

The amount for unused credit on Gift Card/Gift Vouchers can only be refunded to the original purchaser. To complete the refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that appointment bookings of services purchased via GiftCards/Gift Vouchers are subject to our booking deposit and 24 hours appointment cancellation policy as per the Booking deposit section above.

Treatment course/package

We can occasionally offer treatment courses or packages at discounted prices. If a refund of such package is requested, we will deduct the fees for any treatments used at our regular (not-discounted) prices as of the date of the refund and will refund the balance of the unused fees.

Please note that appointment bookings of services offered under any treatment course/package are subject to our booking deposit and 24 hours appointment cancellation policy as per the Booking deposit section above.

Products

Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder

Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder products are formulated individually for each customer and therefore we are unable to offer a refund for such products.

Other herbal remedies

Our products policy lasts 30 days (except Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, in a sealed, undamaged original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following conditions applicable to returns of products purchased online:

• Any shipping fees paid by the customer as part of the online order are not refundable;
• Refunds will be subject to the following deductions on account of order processing costs:
  • £5 on any returns below £100;
  • 5% of the return value on returns over £100;
  • Where the online order was shipped free of charge for the customer, we will also deduct the amount of the shipping fee paid by us;
